WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM POLE FITNESS
Pole fitness is a fantastic way to tone your body, lose weight, increase your self-confidence and overall empowerment. Enjoy the alternative way to get healthy, challenge yourself and achieve your goals.
Our classes will improve your strength and flexibility as well as help you to lose weight. You can start as a complete beginner, even if you have never done any form of exercise or have ‘two left feet’. Get stronger and fitter and most of all, have fun while doing it.
Classes start at the basic level and are designed to suit all fitness levels. They consist of 60-90 minute classes which include a warm-up, conditioning, learning moves/combos followed by a cool down.
Our classes are made up of all ages, shapes and sizes but best of all, the pole community is a wonderful community to be a part of. Our community is supportive, non-judgemental, caring and just simply incredible.
No experience is required and you progress at your own pace.
In 2017, Pole was officially recognised as a sport and the International Pole Sports Federation (IPSF) is constantly working on the steps in order to make Pole and Aerial Sports eligible to become an Olympic Sport.
