We are excited to welcome you to your first class with us.
** As this is your first time visiting our studio, please be sure to have ample time to find us. **
Please be sure to arrive on time. Should you be late, we may not be able to assist you and you will forfeit your session.
What to bring and what to wear.
Bring along a sweat towel and a bottle of water. To clean your pole/lyra, a small microfibre cloth is best.
POLE: Comfortable gym clothing. Shorts are best, however, if you feel more comfortable you can wear longer/ loose gym leggings which can be pulled up allowing the skin to show and helping to “stick” to the pole. Skin contact is very important on the pole. No shoes are needed as we dance bare feet.
Please do not wear any oily body lotion on the day of class as this makes the pole slippery and puts you and others at risk of injury.
LYRA: Tight leggings that cover the back of your knees. A vest or t-shirt that you can tuck in.
No jewellery is allowed to be worn while doing classes as this scratches the pole/lyra and may hamper your grip or cause injury.
Where to find us:
We are located in PARK EDGE MEWS on Link way, which is the smaller of the three business parks. When using your GPS please use the physical address (Park Edge Mews, 21 Link Way, Edgemead). Driving along Edgemead Drive turn into LINK WAY either after the tennis court or before depending on which direction you are coming from. At the stop street CONTINUE STRAIGHT along Link Way with the houses on your right-hand side. You will see the parking area for our business park on your left. Park here. There is no parking inside the complex so please utilise the parking area outside the main gate.
We are in the process of installing a bell so if you are not able to gain access through the pedestrian gate please send a WhatsApp or give us a scotch call and someone will let you in. (0827425945)
We are a no-shoe studio so please leave your shoes on the shelf as you enter the studio.
Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Looking forward to “hanging” out with you.
