All new contracts / first time packages are subject to a R150 registration fee. 

 The sign-up form is located immediately following these sections.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All contracts and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Monthly fees are due by the 1st of each month. Late payments will incur a R100 late fee. No refunds will be given.
  • Contracts remain active for the full period signed up for. Contract cancellations require payment of 80% of the remaining fees in full.
  • All class bookings must be made at least 4 hours before afternoon classes and 12 hours before morning classes.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled class. Late cancellations will result in the class being forfeited.
  • Pole Dance Cape Town reserves the right to cancel classes if there are insufficient bookings.
  • Classes are valid per week and cannot be carried over.
  • Prices are subject to change; however, your current contract price will remain unchanged until the contract expires.
  • The studio is closed on public holidays, showcase weekends and POSA competition weekends, unless otherwise communicated.
  • The studio will close during the December/January holiday period (dates will be communicated in advance).
  • Students may be required to share poles, with a maximum of two people per pole.
  • Discovery Vitality is offered as a free feature. This feature may be changed or removed at any time without notice.
  • Right of admission is reserved.

STUDIO RULES

  • Students use all equipment at their own risk. Using poles or aerial hoops without an instructor is strictly prohibited.
  • Students are responsible for any damage caused to studio property or equipment.
  • Any injuries, strains, or discomfort must be reported to the instructor at the start of class.
  • Students with medical conditions should consult a doctor before attending classes.
  • Students must check that their equipment is stable and safe before each class.
  • Participation in the class warm-up and cool-down is compulsory. If a student arrives late, they are responsible for catching up on the warm-up and ensuring they are sufficiently prepared. Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may be refused entry.
  • Students may not participate in any class if under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Anyone suspected of being under the influence will be refused entry to class.
  • Be mindful of your surroundings and fellow students at all times.
  • No alcohol, food, or chewing gum is allowed during class.
  • Students must stop at any time if they feel unwell, injured, or overly fatigued.

Pole Dance Cape Town takes all reasonable safety precautions. By participating, students acknowledge that pole and aerial arts are physically demanding and carry inherent risks. Participants accept full responsibility for any injury and waive all claims against Pole Dance Cape Town, its staff, agents, subcontractors, and representatives.
This waiver applies to all known and unknown claims arising from participation in dance, aerial, or exercise classes.

Pole Dance Cape Town is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Students are encouraged to keep valuables with them at all times.

Students are expected to maintain respectful conduct toward instructors and fellow participants.

Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the class or termination of the contract without a refund.
