All new contracts are subject to a R150 registration fee.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
All rights of admission are reserved.
Contracts and classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Contracts are valid for the duration agreed upon at the time of sign-up.
Cancellation of a contract requires full payment of any remaining fees.
Monthly fees are due by the 1st of each month.
A R100 late fee applies to payments made after the due date.
Bookings close 4 hours before afternoon/evening classes and 12 hours before morning classes.
Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the class start time. Late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the class without a refund.
Classes must be used within the same week and cannot be carried over.
Pole Dance Cape Town reserves the right to cancel classes with insufficient bookings.
Six-month contracts may be placed on hold for a minimum of one calendar month (1st to 1st) during the contract period.
Written notice via email is required at least one month in advance. No classes can be attended during the hold period.
Prices may change; however, the price of an active contract will remain fixed until its expiration.
The studio is closed on public holidays, PDCT showcase weekend and POSA National competition weekend unless otherwise communicated.
Students may need to share equipment, with a maximum of two people per pole.
Photography and video recording during class are only allowed with prior consent from both the instructor and all participants. If any images or videos include other students, you must obtain their explicit permission before sharing them on social media or other platforms.
The studio may occasionally take photos or videos for promotional purposes; consent will be requested beforehand.
By attending classes, you agree that Pole Dance Cape Town and its instructors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during classes, events, or while on studio premises.
Separate terms apply for workshops or events. Fees for these are non-refundable unless the studio cancels the event.
STUDIO RULES
All equipment is used at the student’s own risk.
Using poles or lyra equipment without an instructor present is strictly prohibited.
Students are liable for any damage caused to studio property or equipment.
Students are to take care of all equipment used during classes.
For your safety and to prevent damage to equipment, no jewellery is allowed.
Notify the instructor of any injuries or strains at the start of each class and immediately if any arise during the session.
Consult a doctor before attending classes if you have any medical concerns or conditions.
Students must check the stability and safety of equipment before class begins. Seek assistance from an instructor if unsure.
Participation in the class warm-up and cool down is compulsory.
Students arriving late must ensure they complete their own warm-up before joining.
Students arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be allowed to join the class.
Be mindful of your surroundings, objects, and other students during class.
No alcohol consumption before or during class.
Eating and chewing gum are not permitted during class.
Stop immediately if you feel unwell, fatigued, or sustain an injury during class.
Pole Dance Cape Town is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Students are encouraged to keep valuables with them at all times.
Students are expected to maintain respectful conduct toward instructors and fellow participants.
Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the class or termination of the contract without a refund.
